1. Webinvest and contact details
The website www.webinvest.it is operated by WEBINVEST® di Schiappacassa Marco, Italian sole proprietorship, Via Gambolina 42, 27029 Vigevano (PV), Italy, VAT IT02467160186, REA PV-314717, email [email protected], PEC [email protected], telephone 02.21119017.

2. Role of Webinvest
Webinvest directly manages the online catalogue of domains published on the website. The website is not a self-service platform for sellers: third-party registrants do not have seller accounts, cannot publish listings independently and do not directly manage offers or orders.
WEBINVEST independently selects the domains to be included, manages their publication and administration, and may act, depending on the individual transaction, either as the direct seller or as a broker appointed by the registrant. WEBINVEST’s role is stated on the domain page and in the documentation relating to the order or negotiation.
3. Subject matter
Webinvest publishes an online catalogue of domain names available for immediate purchase or for enquiries/offers. The subject of the sale is the right to obtain the transfer of ownership or technical management of the domain name shown in the product page, according to the rules of the relevant Registry and registrar.
A domain name is a digital/intangible asset. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the sale does not include websites, content, trademarks, social accounts, databases, email, hosting or other assets connected to the domain.
4. Catalogue, availability and prices
- Domains in the catalogue are selected, published and managed exclusively by WEBINVEST and are described in their product pages, which may include extension, price, history, SEO metrics and other informational data.
- Prices are stated in euros and, where indicated, include VAT.
- Domain availability is checked at the time of order, but may vary for technical, administrative or catalogue update reasons.
- In case of an obvious material error in price, availability or description, Webinvest may cancel the order and fully refund any amount already paid.
5. Purchase process
To purchase a domain with a buy-now price, the user must:
- open the domain page and select the purchase button;
- enter the required billing, contact and transfer data;
- confirm that they have read the privacy policy and accept these terms;
- proceed to payment through Stripe or another method shown at checkout.
The contract is concluded when Webinvest receives payment confirmation and creates the order in its systems. Automatic payment confirmation does not mean immediate domain transfer, which requires the technical actions described below.
6. Payments and invoicing
Online payments are handled by Stripe. Webinvest does not store full card or payment method details. Available methods may include credit/debit/prepaid cards, bank transfer and digital wallets, as shown by Stripe at checkout.
The invoice is issued based on the data provided by the buyer. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the tax and billing data entered.
7. Domain transfer
After payment confirmation, Webinvest will contact the buyer at the email address provided to complete the domain transfer. Depending on the extension and registrar, the transfer may require registrant data, authorization/AuthInfo code, opening an account with a registrar or email confirmations.
Transfer times also depend on the Registry, registrar, accuracy of the data provided and buyer cooperation. Webinvest undertakes to start the transfer activities within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.
8. Right of withdrawal
If the buyer is a consumer under the Italian Consumer Code, they generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business or professional purposes.
The consumer may exercise withdrawal by sending an unequivocal statement to WEBINVEST®, Via Gambolina 42, 27029 Vigevano (PV), Italy, to [email protected] or to the certified email (PEC) [email protected]. The consumer may also use the online withdrawal function. The function requests the information required to identify the contract, displays a review screen and requires express confirmation. WEBINVEST then sends a durable-medium receipt containing the request, date and time. The receipt confirms submission, not automatic eligibility for withdrawal.
At checkout, the consumer may expressly request that WEBINVEST start the transfer immediately, before the 14-day period expires, and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the transfer has been fully completed. This request is separate from general acceptance of these terms, is not pre-selected and is recorded together with the text version, date and technical evidence needed to prove it.
If the consumer validly withdraws after requesting an immediate start but before the transfer is completed, they may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the work already performed, within the limits of Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code. The right is lost only after the transfer has been fully completed and all conditions under Article 59(1)(a) of the Italian Consumer Code are met. Payment alone, order confirmation alone or merely sending the AuthInfo code does not automatically cause the right to be lost.
Where withdrawal is validly exercised, WEBINVEST refunds any sums due within the statutory period, generally using the same payment method. The request is assessed according to the actual transfer status and the evidence of the specific consent recorded for the order.

9. Warranties, liability and limits
- Webinvest warrants, unless error or otherwise stated, its availability to transfer the domain shown in the product page at the time of order.
- SEO metrics, historical data, backlinks, snapshots and similar information are provided for information purposes and may come from third-party sources; they do not guarantee future results, traffic, rankings or revenues.
- The buyer is responsible for the future use of the domain, including checking third-party rights, trademarks, sector regulations and the lawfulness of the intended project.
- Webinvest is not liable for interruptions or delays attributable to registrars, Registries, technical providers, incorrect data provided by the buyer or force majeure.
10. Buyer obligations
The buyer undertakes to:
- provide true, complete and up-to-date data;
- not purchase on behalf of third parties without authorisation;
- cooperate with the technical transfer procedures required by the registrar or Registry;
- use the domain in compliance with the law and third-party rights.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer buyers, the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's residence or domicile remains unaffected where mandatory. In all other cases, the court of Pavia shall have jurisdiction, unless another mandatory jurisdiction is provided by law.
